I had a very old gift card from float factory which they still honored. Very exceptional new business! My float was relaxing, equipment was very clean. Everything was perfect! Staff are professional and cator to your needs. I’ll be back!

I have been in twice but wanted to shout out Alicia and team for excellent customer service last week. I had a scheduling snafu that I believe was the fault of both parties, myself and the person who scheduled. Alicia was so helpful and got me into two other services at that time. She then let me know “they” credited my original service (a float) to my account and it would expire in a year. I’m assuming that “they” is management or owner. Mind you this was a free service I was using that expired at the end of this month. Over the top customer service! Thank you so much.

Reset Wellness is a great spot to recover and reset your body. The space is warm and welcoming and staff are friendly. Choose from a float, contrast therapy, sauna or red light therapy. They offer hydration and water during your session and have a small room to relax in at the end with tea. Need to shower, no problem. They have showers and a space to get ready.

A great experience! Take time for yourself! Recently, experienced my first float…it was amazing and loved the red light therapy. Very relaxing, clean environment, lots to offer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing spa day retreat in the Madison-area! We will be back and bring friends with to experience this.

I fell in love with Reset Wellness Studio after my first sauna session and immediately bought a package. The space is so thoughtfully designed and truly one of the cleanest studios I’ve ever been in. You can feel the heart the owners are putting into the rebrand—it’s calm, cozy, and just a place you want to be.
