My daughter and I just had the most amazing spa day! We spent over four hours being completely spoiled and left feeling more relaxed than we have in a very long time.
We started with foot scrubs with Liz and Tony, followed by 90-minute massages and back scrubs together in a couples room. Both were absolutely wonderful. This was my daughter’s very first massage, and they did such a great job making her feel comfortable and completely at ease throughout the experience.
We finished the day with facials; another first for my daughter! Liz did hers and Felicia did mine, and they were the perfect ending to an already incredible afternoon. Again, I really appreciated how comfortable and relaxed they made her feel while also making the experience special for both of us.
What really stood out was that this truly felt like a spa day, not just a series of appointments. We never felt rushed. Between services, we were able to relax and enjoy wine, water, charcuterie and all the little touches that made the whole experience feel incredibly welcoming and indulgent.
Liz, Tony and Felicia took such wonderful care of us. We both walked out completely relaxed, happy and already talking about doing it again. It was such a special mother-daughter day and an experience we’ll absolutely remember. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have booked massages at Om Mantra multiple times and we keep coming back because I swear this is the best kept secret in Madison. Liz has the strongest hands I think I’ve ever felt and is great at communicating with you throughout your massage, but in such an unobtrusive way that it never disrupts your relaxation. We always leave thoroughly relaxed and refreshed and we will continue to rebook!

I came across the Om Mantra website while searching for spas that provide facials for men. Theirs was the only website I came across that provided explicit details for each of the services they provided…much appreciated! I tend to use email so was pleasantly surprised when Tenzin responded almost immediately. I find most businesses do not actively monitor their inboxes so there can be considerable delays in response. Once there, every staff member was smiling and in good spirits. It was a very welcoming atmosphere. Felicia was my aesthetician. She was excellent. She has a very warm personality which puts you at ease. She spoke quietly while describing each step/procedure and it’s purpose, was quiet at the appropriate times, but always open to just chatting. This was a 5 star experience and I highly recommend Felicia, Tenzin, and Om Mantra

My wife and I recently visited Om Mantra Spa for a couples massage.
This was our first time ever getting a professional massage, so we weren’t sure what to expect. The staff were very friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable. They took the time to explain things and answer our questions. The massages were incredibly relaxing, and we left feeling refreshed and stress-free. From the moment we arrived, we felt well taken care of. Thank you to Liz, Tony, and Tenzin for making our first spa experience such a positive one. We would definitely recommend Om Mantra Spa and look forward to visiting again!

Had a prenatal massage and it felt very rushed. The woman went fast and gave more of a swedish massage than working my muscles out. It was too expensive than amazing massages I’ve had at other places. The lady was nice and did her best though which I appreciate. If looking for connecting and relaxing atmosphere this place is for you. If looking for a good prenatal massage, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
