The older gentleman helping me talked to me as if I was completely incompetent. I knew exactly what I needed and how to use it. He told me it would be better if I hired someone to fix it for me. Excuse me? I ended up driving to Brookfield and shopping at Rockler. Well worth the extra hour of driving to be treated respectfully and actually helped with what I needed. I will not be returning to Woodcraft, nor would I recommend it unless you enjoy being insulted.

Called and reserved a Rikon Band Saw. Took my order and my card info.
Went in the day before I was to pick up to verify that they would help loading the 285 lb saw into my pick up bed. Assured someone would.
Come Saturday AM, no one could help. Staff all but fled the area. One lovely woman provided some help with doors but got it on the truck with a fellow shopper.
Pretty consistent with the causal, unhelpful experience previously experienced.
Would have loved to go somewhere else and will going forward.
Would yank this store from Woodcraft family.

BUYER BEWARE: This Woodcraft will not stand behind their statements to do right by their customers. If you are told one thing and then it is wrong, you will be argued with and told it was your fault for buying their product.

Took my three kids in this store for the first time. Very impressive and incredible product assortment. Paul was great to answer our questions even gave my kids an acrylic blank. Had a great experience exploring and seeing all they have to offer.

Great store for anything woodworking/woodworking adjacent. The staff is knowledgeable, always helpful, and has consistently gone out of their way to help me with any questions I have. First place I go for any specialized knowledge/tools or just to find something of better quality than a box store item, and the prices are well set. Can’t recommend this place enough.
