If there was one word to describe this place it would be disorganized. Whether it is a problem with a meal, to a half planned group, not listening to patients’ need, providers leaving or being stretched too thin. This place isn’t terrible however, SOME help is better than NO help but I would certainly look at alternatives especially due to the lack of variety in meals and foods, disorganization in day to day activities, and nothing changing when multiple patients are advocating for changes to better support their recovery. This place when its organized its great for the most part, but like the saying goes; when it rains, it pours.

I did this program VIRTUALLY which was great since I had a very busy schedule and lived out of town!
I absolutely LOVED that they did a LOT of talk Therapy *(DBT), which REALLY worked for ME!
*(DBT focuses on four pillars: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.)
What I did NOT like:
– very small groups of 5 or 6 when I started, turned into groups of 12+ as their Program grew, and I didn’t feel as seen OR heard…
– there were a LOT of changes with the group Therapist’s for the 3/4 months that I participated, which was a bit confusing and frustrating…
-the Billing department needs a little bit of work, as things were not billed correctly, and I would have overpaid quite a bit, IF I had not taken time to look at the claims once it was finally processed…
OVERALL, I found their program quite helpful, and was able to leave with a more profound understanding of myself and what I needed, with a healed mind & body!

I am a mental health therapist and referred a client to this facility for their POP program. My client, her parents and myself had an excellent experience with the providers here and most importantly, my client and her eating habits as well as mental health have greatly improved since being released from the program and continue to improve. Referring my client to Inner Haven was the best decision I could have made in regard to referring her for outside treatment. My client loved the team she worked with and you can tell the providers very much care about their patients from the inside out. Thank you for everything you have done for this family! I highly recommend this treatment facility!

Please know that the earliest reviews were not clients. As a client, this program was actually harmful. Look at the Neenah location reviews and you will see the same thing. They think they are being innovative in their approach but it’s not revolutionary. Leadership is so removed from what is actually happening in the program. Their website is a joke with an odd emphasis on being local when they have top leadership in different states.

Quality Program that is run by some of the nations top eating disorder experts. Very grateful that they are helping individuals in this underserved area.
