I’ve been in twice now for a body massage and had an excellent experience both times. I really like that I can book online for the same day and it’s hard to beat their prices. The space is very clean and relaxing. I had two different masseuses with slightly different techniques but both were great. There’s a bit of a language barrier but they did a good job checking in to make sure the pressure was okay. I will definitely continue coming here. Honestly the hardest part is waiting for the next massage!

I get massages regularly and this was one of the worst massages I’ve ever had in my life. Looking at some the more recent (and negative) reviews now, I should have been more careful.

My masseuse was clearly not well trained and did not listen to my requests, even basic things like a request for a pillow. I ended up having to roll up some towels. They started to massage my neck and were pulling along the tendons and pressing on my spine. I repeatedly told them to stop and that it hurt and they seemed confused. I said that pulling on tendons and pressing on a spine is painful, it seemed new to them. I don’t think they had proper training or basic understanding of anatomy that you’d need to be able to do their job well. I do not have “difficult” anatomy and my bones and body landmarks are clear and easy to see/touch.

I have an old knee injury so certain movements are very painful. They aren’t movements that Id expect in a massage but because it’s very painful, I always explain multiple times to avoid confusion and pain. The masseuse apparently forgot or didn’t pay attention because moments later they pulled on my leg and caused extreme pain.

I will never go back and I would recommend AVOIDING this place.
