I can’t recommend Suzie highly enough, especially if you’re a runner or athlete. Her knowledge of the muscular system is next-level — she doesn’t just work out tight spots, she explains which muscles need to be activated versus released and why. She helped me completely resolve a stubborn hamstring issue that had been slowing me down. She also worked with my daughter on some foot problems, and instead of just treating the symptom, she traced it back to underlying hip tightness and weakness that were the real cause. That kind of whole-body, root-cause approach is rare. If you’re dealing with a running-related injury or nagging muscle issue, she’s the person to see.
