Oh my goodness. I have dined at Yola’s and found the food is delicious! So much so that we had a grad party brunch delivery. Everyone at our party raved about the food. One guest told me that he had four waffles because they are the best waffles he’s ever had in his life and it left him him speechless. Excellent food and service – highly recommend.

My son and I met my wife’s mentor there for breakfast to discuss some things, and she said it was her favorite place to get breakfast. She had said she’d never tried the waffles, which are touted as best in a state. Well, I haven’t had waffles at every restaurant in Wisconsin, but theses could very well be the best. They smelled amazing and tasted as good as they looked.

Definitely that West Madison atmosphere. The coffee was good. However the food for some reason couldn’t come out all at the same time and 2 items were missing initially but corrected. Eggs were horrendously over cook and the portions small. Didn’t really seem to get what we paid for considering the bill but to try a new place across town wasn’t the worst experience.

The woman taking orders was very welcoming and helpfully pointed out where we could get cups of water and silverware.
We enjoyed waffles with fruit, the sweet and savory breakfast sandwich, potatoes, and mochas. Everything was really tasty, and the coffee was not only delicious but also quite hot. I hate getting a lukewarm mocha.
We ate outside and enjoyed the entire experience.

I love Yola’s cafe and coffee shop! It’s so warm and welcoming and the staff makes you feel right at home!
In the cold months the fire place is cozy…in the warm months the outdoor patio is breezy and cool
The beverages are served hot and with big flavor (I don’t like weak coffee!)
…and the waffles are scrumptious!
A great place for a meeting or a snack!!!
