I have been dealing with degenerative disc disease + a pinched nerve issue in my neck, arm and hands for several months. I have tried it all with no meaningful relief…tens machine, dry needling, PT, massage, heat/ice, cortisone nerve root injection, muscle relaxers and copius amounts of ibuprofen….that is until I came across an ad for Pure Wellness Chiropractic’s spinal decompression treatment that I decided to call and learn more about! I am just 3 sessions in thus far with spinal decompression + adjustments and am already feeling a difference! I would highly recommend Dr. Mike’s expertise and gentle approach to adjustments. Stress free and highly effective! I am already a huge fan of the spinal decompression machine!

I recently started going to Pure Wellness and seeing Dr. Mike after having a nerve injury and getting foot drop in my left leg. They were able to get me in right away and get me taken care of immediately. Their non-surgical spinal decompression made me a little intimidated at first, but I am several weeks in and I have felt a tremendous amount of relief! I’m not 100% yet, but moving in that direction quickly and I owe a lot of that to Dr. Mike and his staff. Great people! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I recommend Dr. Mike and his team at Pure Wellness Chiropractic. Dr. Mike is skilled with patient assessment and needs. He diagnosed and recommended appropriate adjustment plans that helped me increase movement and decrease pain.
His team at front desk are always courteous and welcoming. They offer a calming presence every time I walk in the clinic.
In all, it’s a great place for chiropractic adjustments.

Dr. Mike and his whole team are super helpful, friendly, and easy to vibe with. Really flexible with care plan options, which is a huge plus. Dr. Mike genuinely gets patient-centered care and everything’s explained clearly and nothing feels rushed.
One thing I didn’t expect? I barely feel the urge to self-crack my upper back anymore. That’s honestly something no other chiropractor I’ve seen has been able to help with so clearly something’s working! They truly just want to help.
They also sell BioPosture pillows, and I was skeptical at first because like how good could a pillow actually be right? Before switching, I wasn’t falling asleep until like 1am most nights, my traps were constantly tight (desk job life), and I’d gone through around 6 different pillows in two months trying to find something that didn’t wreck my neck. Nothing worked. I genuinely tried to find something wrong with the BioPosture pillow and just couldn’t. Totally worth it.
