I don’t have much to compare to, I’m a beginner, but I love the teachers, the space is nice and hepa filtered, props galore, and small group size so they can ask if anyone has requests. So far it’s been great 🙂

I’ve been a client for several months now. I’ve found the entire experience very professional with a helpful staff and a very intuitive therapists. They’ve really helped me through some anxiety due to recent trauma in my family. The staff is great. I dont know if a couple of these other people posting were just having a bad day or what but that has not been my experience like…at all. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Compassionate, committed, professional, and personable. These are but a few of the many qualities of the providers I’ve had the opportunity to work with. The entire experience with Insight has been excellent. In addition to counseling services, Insight offers yoga and other well being opportunities. I recently attended a yoga/silence retreat. I highly recommend Insight to anyone looking for a full service team of professionals in a family like setting.
