I’ll just get this out of the way: Stacey is the the best massage therapist I have ever experienced (I’ve had a few due to over-zealous running). I enlisted Stacey to help me prepare for, and recover from, a total hip replacement. I was in pretty bad shape prior to the surgery. She helped me keep functional in order to build and maintain muscle tone going into the surgery. My recovery has been almost spectacular – with a major part of the credit going to Stacey. I’m working hard on my recovery and Stacey unknots all of the stuff that I knot up between sessions. (remember that over-zealous part?) While I am a fairly active 63 yr old person, I recommend Pause Therapeutic Massage without reservation to all; average people who need a little fixin’ after some surgery or too much yardwork, to elite athletes looking to put an edge on their game. PS. There are usually some calm dogs in the office.
