Have been a member since 2021 but since moving to WI and switching to this location it’s been extremely hard to book any massage and they do not use the app. My work schedule varies so I can not book a month in advance like you have to in order to get a time slot you want. I prefer the app so I can schedule versus having to call in and struggle with asking about times for every day of the month. I used the app at my original location in TN and it made booking 100x faster and easier. I have brought this up to staff multiple times and there has been no change. However, I have had decent luck with the massage therapist and esthetician but can never get the one I like becuse of said scheduleing flaws. Lately, my experiences have not been as good so I now know who NOT to book with. Will most likely be canceling my membership.

I have been using this massage envy location off and on for several years. Previous visits and interactions have been lackluster. In fact, at one point, I put my membership on hold for over a year because I was unimpressed with the overall customer service.

However, over the last year, things have changed quite a bit. From the moment I walk in the door, I feel like a valued client. The front desk folks are always smiling and extremely helpful. Several of them even greet me by name. My massage therapist Sheena is amazing! With her deep tissue techniques, my chronic headaches have become a thing of the past. The communication has improved significantly from this location too. I actually look forward to my sessions and wish that you guys could clone Sheena so we could have more appointments ❤️.
