Went a few weeks ago and had the best massage I’ve ever had with Vanessa! Highly recommend her. Usually I can’t really relax during massages but somehow I got out of my head. She is amazing!

Not a great experience this past Saturday.
I am 36 weeks pregnant, and a month ago, I emailed back and forth with this spa and booked a prenatal spa day (facial, manicure, pedicure, and prenatal massage).
After my facial Saturday morning, I was told that my other 3 appointments never got entered into their system, and I wouldn’t be getting my massage (super bummed considering that’s what I was most excited about). After waiting an hour between my facial and mani/pedi, I ended up being at the spa for 5 hours, which isn’t great when you’re this pregnant and only received 3 services.
When I went to pay for my services, I was told that I was receiving a discount for the hassle, but then the discount presented to me was one I should have already been receiving based on booking a “package.” I had to remind her of this discount that is clearly stated on their website, and then at that point, she gave me an additional discount. I was also told that the owner would be reaching out to me, but it’s been 2 days and I haven’t heard anything, which is why I am leaving this review.
My facial was good and my mani/pedi were okay (loved talking to the woman who handled the mani and pedi but it took 3 hours and there are little bumps under my shellac polish). This was a very frustrating experience overall, between the scheduling, time, etc., and I will not be going back in the future.

My husband had booked a massage for me here as a birthday gift. I’ll start off by saying the massage itself was great, I have zero complaints there. The issue was the scheduling and communication with staff here. First off it took multiple phone calls to schedule this appointment, as whoever he originally spoke with had no idea if they were able to give a prenatal massage (which seems to me like a basic thing they should know). After confirming they could and scheduling the appointment, they sent him a link so he could pay beforehand. This link unfortunately did not work, prompting yet another phone call. He gave his credit card info to somebody named Blair (supposedly the owner) who had said that everything was good to go.
After my massage, as I was leaving, the receptionist informed me the massage was not paid for. I mentioned to her I was confident my husband had paid beforehand. She “looked in my file” and didn’t see anything about a payment. I called him right there and he was adamant that he paid and it had taken so many phone calls to set up, and he was upset. I was embarrassed at being accused of trying to leave without paying in front of multiple other customers. The receptionist said she would speak to the owner about it and would call back later if needed.
He looked at his credit card statement later that day and sure enough had a pending charge from Indulge, so the receptionist was clearly clueless and incompetent.
Needless to say we will not be back, there are plenty of other spas in the area that I would assume do not provide the headaches just trying to schedule and prepay for a massage like Indulge does.

What a great experience with Candice!! Went in for a 90 minute facial, it was so relaxing and my skin feels amazing. She seemed very experienced and walked me through the steps without interrupting the relaxation element of the experience. Very happy with my service with her. I am also a service provider in my profession so I’m always aware of professionalism and customer service while receiving services at new places. Candice absolutely exceeded my expectations. 10/10 Thank you!! The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful before and after my service! I never leave reviews for businesses but Candice absolutely deserves to be recognized for her excellence.

Today I treated my daughter and myself to a Spa Day. Candace did our Pedicures, with the hot stones. Omg it was amazing. She is the sweetest and took her time. She was very attentive. Loved it. Tess did our Massages. Oh that girl knows what she is doing. I seriously thought I would fall asleep, I was so relaxed. She checked to be sure the pressure was what I wanted, asked if there were any areas I wanted her to focus on. In the end both my daughter and myself were so pleased with our one hour massages. We were very happy and satisfied with our Indulge Spa experience. We were from out of town so we just chose someone in the area and very happy we gave them a try. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Therese
