Healing Hands Day Spa

My massage with Angela was the BEST massage I’ve ever had. I went to one of the private spa rooms afterward and really enjoyed my time. I’m blown away by this place – so clean and beautifully decorated. Exactly what I needed on my day off. Lots of unique experiences to try out and reasonably priced. I’ll be coming back and bringing friends next time!

This amazing day spa has such a healing calm vibe! I have had 2 services now and both way above expectations! Had a relaxing facial and today got my lashes done with Megan. Prices are very reasonable the time it took for the service was awesome. Left feeling like a new person and excited of the less time in my daily beauty routine. They need more then 5 stars for this Spa!

I recently celebrated my birthday with a spa day, and my initial impression was that the facility was exceptionally clean. Upon arrival, I was required to complete a substantial amount of paperwork, which, although understandable for a first-time visit, would have been more efficiently handled via email prior to my arrival. The massage that initiated my spa experience, while not the worst I have had, lacked a certain ambiance, with the music being somewhat too soft and creating an awkward silence punctuated only by the sound of breathing. Furthermore, I had to request water following the massage, as I was thirsty, which might have been anticipated given the nature of the treatment. In contrast, the facial treatment that followed was outstanding, with more suitable music and a marked absence of discomfort. I subsequently booked the tranquil room for an hour and a half, where I was offered a drink and snacks, although I again opted for water. It would have been beneficial to be informed that staff would knock on the door 15 minutes prior to the end of my session, as I was without my phone and unsure of the protocol, resulting in my departure nearly half an hour early. Unfortunately, my relaxation was also disrupted by the audible sound of high heels and loud conversation, which seemed to emanate from the reception area where three staff members were engaged in conversation. The checkout process was awkward, likely due to my early departure, and I felt uneasy under the gaze of the staff. Additionally, there was an issue with billing, as the spa was unable to bundle my package, necessitating separate payments for the massage ($100), facial ($250), and room. Despite these issues, I intend to return, and I believe that a few adjustments could enhance the experience, such as providing snacks or a mini fridge in the room. The spa’s quality is notable, particularly in comparison to others in Madison, and with a few improvements, it could be exceptional. I look forward to booking another appointment, potentially with my daughters.
