Dr. Nye is the best! I cried after my first adjustment because it was the first real relief I’d had in 6+ years. My cervical spine was causing me excruciating pain and nerve problems etc. I had been seeing a chiropractor, massage therapist and acupuncturist. I had an x-ray and MRI done and my doctor referred me to a spine surgeon, but I decided to try Spine and Wellness Co. It’s been two weeks and my pain has been reduced SO much, he did a certain type of adjustment on me I’ve never had before. My neck was so stuck, no other professional could get it.
They do more than chiropractic care!! X-rays, patient education, individual plans and physical therapy exercises to support the adjustments to restore function, not just get you through until your appointment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Can I give 10 stars?? I had been getting daily headaches for months that I could not remedy with my normal approaches. Luckily I heard about Dr. Kyle and his good work. It wasn’t long before I had no headaches. I hadn’t let many people adjust my neck in the last 10 years because of a bad experience and because I’m pretty sensitive in general, but Dr. Kyle was able to give me very gentle adjustments that integrated so well. He listened to me. He really treats you as an individual each time you come in. My insurance didn’t cover the appointments, but I was able to find a plan that worked with my budget. I really appreciate that.

Highly recommend Dr. Kyle and his staff! Couldn’t have asked for better help, I’m 27 years old and couldn’t stand up straight when I got there. The only way I could walk was to put my hands on my knees and waddle SLOWLY, the pain was so unbearable. Kyle did everything he could to loosen me up, considering how sensitive I was he really didn’t have many options. After the appointment my lower back started to flare up I could not walk more than 5 feet without help. Kyle helped me walk out of the building and into my car making sure I had everything I needed. He ensured I had a follow up appointment along with some at home stretches and suggestions for pain management: ice, heat, and an easy stretch with my limited mobility. I went home and did that, and ordered myself a cane, it was that bad! The next morning I walked in with only help from my cane, after this appointment I was genuinely shocked how my body responded, Kyle took his time and didn’t rush my body into anything it wasn’t ready for . I’m writing this after my 3rd appointment, I went from not being able to walk to walking without assistance in 2 days after seeing him. Definitely a long road ahead, but very happy I found this place and some relief!
